If you have an abstract to submit, you can attach it to this e-mail, or send it separately, according to your preferences (see section "abstract submission"). Please note that the registration is compulsory for all the participants including the invited lecturers and accompanying persons.If you register as an accompanying person, please indicate so and just give your name and contact details, as well as the name of the active participant you are coming with. If you are an invited lecturer, please indicate so and ignore the point 7 of the form below. If you are an active participant, but have no intention to have a presentation, simply ignore points 7 and 8.
